How Online Inventory and Ordering Works

Our online order system indicates stock that we have access to and which we can typically have in-store in 4 - 7 days, it DOES NOT always reflect what we have in the store at any given moment. Feel free to call or text us to check current in-store stock. We are currently only offering IN STORE PICK UP for orders placed online.  If you are wanting an order shipped, please contact us directly at 303-856-8181 or hello@suddenfictionbooks.com and we are happy to arrange!

  1. Where are you located?
    • 221 Perry St, Castle Rock CO 80104
  2. Where do I park?
    • Street parking is typically available and is for 2 hour allotments.  There is also a free public parking garage two blocks west.  
  3. How do I contact you?
  4. Do you accept book donations or offer trade credit?
    • Yes!  Please see our Trade Policy for more details.

ORDER QUESTIONS

 

  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at yourstore?
    • Not necessarily. If your order is time sensitive, please call us to confirmavailability.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready tobe picked up or has been shipped?
    • No. This just means that we've received your order, you will be contactedwhen your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
  3. When will I get my book(s)?
    • For in stock orders we strive to ship them within 7 business day and deliverytime depends on the method of shipping selected. For orders with out of stock items, we willprovide an estimated date of shipment.
  4. What if I need to return something?
    • Please review our return policies and contact uswith any further questions.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    •  We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmericanExpress and if you're picking up in store, you may pay in cash.
  6. How can I check the status of my order?
    • Log in, select 'My Account' and Orders' a list of all orders and their currentstatus is provided.
